Important details
- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled ride time for check-in
- Ages 7+ only; riders under 12 require prior riding experience
- Weight limit: 250 lbs
- Requires mounting and dismounting the horse independently
- Pregnant riders are not permitted
- Wear long pants and closed-toe shoes; boot heels must be 1 inch or lower
- Wear jackets, not tied around your waist, and leave bags and backpacks off the trail
- Complete a waiver for each minor through a natural parent or legal court-appointed guardian
- Ride one person per horse and remain with the wrangler at all times
- Do not smoke, drink alcohol, or arrive under the influence of substances
- Shuttle service may carry an additional charge not included in the listed price, depending on pickup location
Cancellation Policy
Receive a full refund when you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled ride. Receive a 50% refund for cancellations 24–48 hours before. No refund for same-day cancellations.

Check in 15 minutes before departure. Late check-in may mean you are denied the ride without a refund; a comparable later ride may be available, but is not guaranteed.
Drink plenty of water the day before and the day of your ride. Bottled water is provided before and after the ride, with a limited supply available on the trail if needed.
Do not bring outside food or beverages, including snacks, soda, or alcohol, to the center.
