- Complete the waiver before arriving
- Arrive 15 minutes early for check-in
- Expect a $10 late-return fee for each 15 minutes
- Keep personal belongings with you; storage is not available for keys, wallets, or phones
Cancellation Policy
Receive a full refund with at least 24 hours' notice. No refunds for no-call/no-shows. Reservations not claimed within 30 minutes of the scheduled start time are forfeited. Inclement weather cancellations receive a digital gift card for the full purchase amount, valid for two seasons.
