Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 30 days before departure for a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 30 days forfeit the deposit; no refund is issued within 72 hours. No refund if the charter is shortened or terminated due to disorderly conduct, failure to follow crew directions, or a medical emergency. Your deposit is refunded if the operator cannot provide the charter due to weather or mechanical problems.
