Important details
- Arrive and check in 15 minutes before your trip time
- Ages 12+ only; minimum height is 4'6"
- Kayak weight limit is 275 lbs
- Good swimming abilities are required; wear a personal flotation device at all times
- Complete the electronic waiver before arrival
- Expect to get wet and keep phones and keys in a waterproof, secure place
- Alcohol and glass containers are prohibited at the launch site; pets are not permitted
- Keep provided equipment attended throughout the trip; a fee applies for unattended equipment or retrieval from another location
- Use the designated river exit; an additional shuttle pickup fee applies if you go past it
- A late fee applies if your group takes significantly longer than the allotted trip time
Cancellation Policy
Receive a full refund with at least 24 hours' notice. With less than 24 hours' notice, no refund is available; one reschedule may be available, with a $10 per-ticket fee. No refunds or rescheduling are available after the trip start time.
FAQs
Bring a hat, sunscreen, a large reusable water bottle, water shoes, snacks, and a small or medium backpack or reusable bag with straps. Use a waterproof pouch for your phone and keys, and secure your bag to the kayak's bungee straps.

Bring your own transportation if possible. The ranch is in a remote location, and rideshare pickup after the trip may be difficult.
