- Single kayaks are for ages 12+; children under 12 must paddle in a tandem kayak with an adult
- Single kayaks are rated for 300–325 lbs; tandem kayaks are rated for 500 lbs
- Complete the liability waiver before check-in
- Requires stepping into 6–12 inches of water to enter and exit the kayak
- Coolers are not allowed on kayaks, and alcohol is not allowed at the boat ramp

Receive a full refund or credit with 48 hours' notice. Receive a full refund or credit if the operator cancels because of weather or unforeseen circumstances. Light rain does not prompt cancellation unless temperatures are 60°F or below. No-shows are charged the full price.
