- Arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled start time
- Ages 6+ only
- Participants ages 6–12 must be accompanied by an adult participating in the excursion
- Sign a release of liability form; minors are exempt

- Expect activity changes to depend on sea and weather conditions, with final decisions made by the captain or management
Cancellation Policy
Cancel free up to 24 hours before the activity, no later than 9:00 AM the day before. Later cancellations, late arrivals, and no-shows are non-refundable. If the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, reschedule for the next available date or receive a full refund.
