Important details
- Ages 18+ only to rent or operate a snowmobile
- Operators need a valid driver's license, and bring a valid photo ID for check-in
- Weight limit: 400 lbs per snowmobile
- Ride with at least one other snowmobile at all times
- A credit card pre-authorization is required and may be charged for damage, time overages, excessive cleaning, refueling, or lost or missing equipment; the maximum damage deductible is $2,000
- Do not ride off trail or on roads; doing so may result in loss of the rental snowmobile
- Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled start time. Returns more than 15 minutes late incur a $100 late fee per snowmobile
Cancellation Policy
Get a full refund or credit with at least 48 hours' notice. No-shows are charged the full price. If the operator cancels because of weather or unforeseen circumstances, get a full refund or credit. If the pass is 100% closed to travel, refunds or gift cards are available. If weather is unsuitable for your personal comfort, a gift card may be issued in person.
