Things to know
There is a ramp and a few steps to board, and four steep ladder-like steps to reach the restroom level. If you bring a personal mobility chair, two crew members are required to lift it on board.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before your sail for a full refund. Tickets are valid only for your scheduled date and time. You can reschedule if you change two days in advance. Within two days, refunds are only if the operator cancels the sail because of weather.
FAQs
The operator won’t sail in heavy rain, thick fog, high winds, thunder, or lightning. They may still sail in overcast conditions, light to medium fog, and intermittent sprinkles, and they make the final decision to sail. If you don’t show up because of the weather and the boat sails, your ticket isn’t refundable.
Boarding involves a ramp and a few steps. The restroom level requires going down four steep, ladder-like steps. If you bring a personal mobility chair on board, two crew members are required to lift it.
All passengers under 21 must be accompanied by an adult.
