Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before your confirmed booking.

If you do not finish all challenges during your 2-hour booking, you can extend in 1-hour increments while on site.
If sickness requires you to cancel within 24 hours of your booking, you can receive a credit for a future adventure.
