Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 14 days before the event to receive a refund as a gift card for future bookings. Within 14 days or no-shows owe the full contracted amount. Outings run rain or shine; Venture Outdoors may postpone for adverse conditions and provide a rescheduled date. If unable to reschedule, the remaining balance is refunded or credited.
