Important details
- Complete the required waiver before arrival
- Bring a valid photo ID and your booking confirmation
- Operators must be age 14 or older to paddle independently
- Paddlers under age 14 must ride with an adult in a tandem canoe
- Park entry fees are not included: $6 per 2–8 occupant vehicle, $4 per single-occupant vehicle, or $2 per pedestrian
- Return equipment before closing to avoid late fees: $50 immediately, then $75 after 30 minutes and each additional 30 minutes
- Rescue or recovery fees start at $100; Sea Tow fees start at $350 if staff cannot rescue you
- Once your rental has started, inclement weather does not qualify for refunds or rain checks
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund or booking adjustment. No refunds for no-shows or shortened rental times. Full refund or rescheduling if Oleta River Adventures cancels due to unsafe weather conditions.
