Important details
- Drivers must be age 21+ and present a valid motorcycle license or endorsement at pickup
- Rear passengers must be at least 7 years old
- Eye protection is required; bring sunglasses
- Complete a liability waiver at the time of rental
- A security-deposit authorization hold is required on a credit or debit card and is not included in the listed price; the cardholder must be present at pickup
- Stay on paved roads; off-road travel and travel on the back side of Hana are prohibited
- Late returns incur additional charges not included in the listed price
- You remain responsible for motorcycle damage not covered by an optional damage waiver
Cancellation Policy
For 1–2 units rented for up to 2 days, cancel at least 24 hours before start to forfeit only the 10% deposit; later cancellations are nonrefundable. For 3+ day or 3+ unit rentals, cancel at least 120 hours before start to forfeit only the 50% deposit; later cancellations are nonrefundable.
