- Use Google Maps and search for Wilderness Rider Buffalo Ranch. Approach from Highway 21 on the north side; the southern approach may lead to impassable trails
- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time

Rescheduling is allowed for day use. Cancel with at least 24 hours' notice to receive full credit as a gift card for a future date. If the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or credit. No-shows are charged the full price.
