The crew here consistently shines, with captains like Derek, Ben, and Derrick earning particular praise for their friendly, knowledgeable approach. Sunset and dolphin cruises are clearly the crowd favorites, with guests raving about the personable staff who make each trip memorable. The location is convenient, especially for those staying at nearby resorts, and staff go the extra mile to accommodate guests with mobility challenges. However, there's a noticeable divide in experiences between guided tours and self-rental boats. While the crewed excursions get glowing reviews, several recent renters have expressed frustration with pontoon boat conditions, citing broken gauges, torn seats, and non-working radios. The fleet appears to be aging, with equipment showing wear despite claims of newer boats. If you're booking a sunset cruise or jet ski tour with their crew, you're likely in for a great time with dolphins and beautiful scenery. Just be aware that pontoon rentals might not meet expectations if well-maintained equipment is a priority.
