- Operators must be 21+ and carry a valid Maryland boat operator license, or carry the signed Maryland rental-vessel safety sheet
- A $500 refundable security deposit applies and is not included in the listed price; cash or credit card authorization accepted
- An 11.5% Maryland sales and amusement tax applies and is not included in the listed price
- Refuel at the marina fuel dock at the end of the rental; fuel costs are not included
- Return the boat on time; late returns incur a $50 charge per half hour
- Stay within the designated boating area and follow posted boating rules
- Wear life jackets as required by Maryland and U.S. Coast Guard regulations; infant life jackets are not provided
- Rental is subject to marina approval and acceptance of the rental terms

Cancellation Policy
Cancel with at least 72 hours' notice. On the rental day, you may cancel for current or predicted inclement weather only before leaving the dock and with marina management's consent. The marina may cancel for inclement weather at its discretion.
