- Carry a valid Maryland Boat Operator's License, or read, sign, and carry the Maryland Department of Natural Resources rental vessel safety information sheet while operating
- Bring an infant life jacket; infant life jackets are not provided
- Wear life jackets as required by U.S. Coast Guard and Maryland regulations; children under 13 must wear one while the boat is underway
- Stay within the designated boating area and follow posted boating safety rules
- Do not operate while under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- A $500 refundable security deposit by cash or credit-card authorization is required and is not included in the listed price
- Fuel costs are not included; refuel at the marina fuel dock at the end of your rental
- Expect an additional $50 charge for each half hour returned late
- Expect 11.5% Maryland sales and amusement tax, which is not included in the listed price
- Return the boat clean and undamaged; repair, replacement, or cleaning charges may apply

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours before your rental. On the rental day, cancellation for current or predicted inclement weather is available before leaving the dock, subject to marina approval.
