Maximum group size is 10 passengers. 9am departures must return by 4pm; 10am or later departures return by 4:30pm.

Cancellation policy

You must cancel your reservation the day before by 5:00pm for a full refund. If cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours (after 5:00pm), a $100 fee per boat will be charged to the credit card holding the reservation (waived in the case of foul weather). If no-show on day of rental, the full charge for the boat(s) reserved will be applied to the credit card. A no-show is considered over one hour late for a half day rental or over two hours late for a full day rental.

Accessibility is also an issue despite what's advertised, with one wheelchair user unable to board after checking in. If you're renting a pontoon, know that beaching isn't allowed and you'll need to navigate lengthy no-wake zones that can eat into your rental time. Most captains get rave reviews, though experiences vary. Overall though, the operation runs smoothly with friendly staff and well-maintained boats that keep people coming back.
