- If you were born on or after January 1, 1988, operating this boat requires a boater safety course and a Boating Safety Education Identification Card issued by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC)
- A $1,000 security deposit is required at pickup and may be held on a credit card or paid in cash
- Return the boat with a full fuel tank; otherwise, a $7-per-gallon refueling charge plus a $100 service fee applies

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 60 days before the rental for a 90% refund; less than 60 days for an 80% refund; less than 30 days for no refund. No refund for bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances. If the provider cancels due to boat damage, receive a replacement boat or full refund.
