• Renters and all drivers: ages 25+ only. Bring a valid ID; a valid driver's license is required to rent.
• Passengers must be ages 2 or older.
• Drivers born on or after January 1, 1988 must have completed an approved boating safety course. Bring your Boating Safety Education Identification Card issued by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.
• No pets are allowed on the boat.
• Fuel is not included in the listed price. You'll be charged for the fuel used during your rental when you return the boat.
• Return the boat in the same clean condition, allowing for normal wear and tear. An additional cleaning fee, not included in the listed price, applies if excessive dirt or extra cleaning is required.
• No smoking is allowed on the boat.
• Return the boat by 5 PM.
