- The renter and boat operator must be at least 21 years old. Passengers can be any age.
- Bring the credit card used for the reservation and a matching ID to check-in. The cardholder must be present. If the card or cardholder is absent, the reservation will need to be charged to an alternate card.
- Stay within Oceanside Harbor; the boat is for in-harbor use only.
- Alcohol is not permitted aboard.
- Arrive 10–15 minutes before your reservation starts, or 10 minutes early for a 10am reservation. Your rental begins at the reserved time.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund or credit. You'll also receive a full refund or credit if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price. Unused time due to late arrival or early return is non-refundable.

A $500 security deposit per boat is required at check-in, separate from the listed price, on a credit or debit card. It is refunded if you return the boat in proper condition; your bank may take additional time to process the refund. A separate $50 excess cleaning fee may apply if you return the boat dirty.
Parking closest to the harbor restaurants and shops has a two-hour maximum. For longer parking, use the area across the train tracks at 401 Riverside Drive, Oceanside, CA 92054. Allow extra time for traffic and parking during summer, weekends, holidays, and evenings.
