- Arrive 15 minutes early for check-in
- Sign and bring the rental agreement for check-in
- Bring a valid driver's license
- A valid credit card is required
- A security deposit is required and pre-authorized at rental start
- Ages 23+ may rent or operate; ages 21–22 require a valid boater safety certificate
- Boating experience is required to operate the pontoon
- Children under 6 must wear a life vest at all times
- Pets, live bait, cooking, grilling, and towing watersports are not allowed
- Daily and 2–6 day rentals run 10am–sunset; Sunday rentals run 11am–dusk; 7-day rentals run Saturday 10am–Friday 6pm
