Important details
- Arrive 10 minutes before departure
- Ages 25+ only to rent or drive the boat
- Drivers need a valid driver's license; drivers born on or after July 1, 1996 need a boating safety certificate onboard
- Up to two drivers are allowed
- A valid major credit card must remain on file
- A $500 hold per boat applies for damages and fuel, and you are responsible for rental damage
- Fuel is not included; $6 per gallon of ethanol-free marine fuel used is charged to your card after return
- Return the boat free of trash with all supplies in place; excessive cleaning, missing supplies, or damage may be charged
- Follow all no-wake signs and navigational buoys

Cancellation Policy
Cancel 14+ days ahead for a full refund less a 10% processing fee; 3–14 days ahead for a 50% refund. No refund within 72 hours. No-shows are charged in full.

In inclement weather, the rental may be rescheduled or cancelled. If weather ends your rental early, you may receive a credit voucher toward a later rental or alternative equipment.
Late returns are charged at the standard hourly rate, rounded up to the next 15-minute interval. You may also be responsible for related fees or lost rental time.
