• Drivers must be 25 or older
• Drivers born after June 30, 1996 need a valid Michigan Boater Safety Certificate
• All drivers and passengers must sign an electronic waiver before departure
• At pickup, a credit card receives a $1,000 hold for potential damage and fuel charges; the hold is released if no charges apply
• Fuel is not included in the listed price; a tank returned not full incurs a $6-per-gallon refueling charge
• Towing tubes requires the tube package and prior written approval
• Operate only from sunrise to sunset
• Make children 12 and younger wear a Coast Guard-approved life jacket
• Keep everyone seated inside the enclosed area while the engine is running and turn off the engine when people are in the water
• Follow no-wake zones at idle speed and avoid shallow water, rocks, and logs
• Do not smoke or operate the boat under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Remove all trash before returning; a $75 cleaning fee applies if trash is left behind
