Jody Chambers and his crew have built a genuinely well-run operation on Chickamauga Lake, and it shows in how smoothly everything flows from booking to dock return. Guests consistently highlight the seamless process, with helpful orientations before heading out and little touches like luggage carts waiting when you pull back in. The boats themselves, including pontoons and tritoons for larger groups, are clean, well-maintained, and described repeatedly as feeling like new. What stands out most here is how the staff handles the unexpected. One couple coordinating a boat day for 90 wedding guests praised Jody for his flexibility around storm forecasts and even received a heads-up text about approaching weather while out on the water. That kind of attentiveness goes beyond a standard rental experience. Repeat customers are common, with several reviewers mentioning multiple return visits across different years, which says a lot about the consistency of the operation.
