- Ages 25+ with a valid state driver's license only
- If you are an Alabama resident born after April 28, 1954, a valid Alabama boating license is required
- If you live outside Alabama, a valid boating license from your state or a National Association of State Boating Law Administrators accredited boating course is required
- Complete the digital rental agreement before your rental
- A credit card must remain on file during the rental
- No towing, tubing, or water-skiing behind the boat
- You are responsible for damage to the boat and lost boat items during your rental
- Fuel is not included in the listed price; you will be charged to refill the boat at the marina
- Expect a $25 cleaning fee if the boat is returned excessively dirty
- Expect a $75 fee for every half hour the boat is returned late
