- Requires a boater safety card from any state unless the operator was born before January 1, 1988
- Return the boat to the dock by 5 PM; night operation is not permitted
- Stay inside the barrier reef; travel beyond the reef, about 7 miles offshore in the Atlantic, is not permitted
- Keep the person operating the boat free from alcohol and drugs
- Free delivery is available between Sugarloaf Key and Summerland; delivery fees may apply for rentals under one week outside Cudjoe Key
- Delivery is not available to Marathon or Key West and may occur the evening before your rental day
- A $100 cleaning fee applies if the boat is not cleaned when picked up and is charged to the card on file
- If the operator refuels the boat, fuel is charged separately at a stated range of $7-$9 per gallon, subject to marine fuel costs
