Cancellation Policy
Cancel weekend or holiday rentals at least 48 hours ahead and multi-day rentals 5 days before pickup. Late cancellations cost half the reservation rate; no-shows cost the full daily rate. If the operator cancels for dangerous weather, you can reschedule or cancel without a fee. Clouds, a slight chance of rain, or winds of 20 mph or less do not trigger cancellation.
