- Arrive at least 30 minutes before your reservation starts to avoid losing rental time.

Cancellation Policy
Within 24 hours, no refund or credit, with limited discretionary exceptions. Otherwise, cancellations within 7 days receive no refund but a full rental-fee credit, valid for 30 days from the original rental date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and seasonal rates. Weather-related cancellations or changes require no 24-hour notice and incur no penalty or change fees.
