- Operators need a valid Maryland Boat Operator's License; operators without one must carry a signed Maryland Department of Natural Resources Rental Vessel Safety Information Sheet

- Stay within the designated boating area and follow Maryland and U.S. Coast Guard boating rules
- A $500 refundable security deposit is required and is not included in the listed price; it is held by cash or credit-card authorization and returned within 1 week if no damage or additional charges apply
- Fuel is not included in the listed price; refuel at the marina fuel dock at the end of your rental
- An 11.5% Maryland Sales/Amusement Tax is not included in the listed price
- Late returns incur an additional $50 charge per half hour
- Damage, cleaning, repair, replacement, or lost-property charges may apply; certain motor damage may cost up to $10,000

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations require 72 hours' notice. You may cancel on the rental day for current or predicted inclement weather before leaving the dock, with marina management's consent.
