Maximum group size is 14. 9am departures must return by 4pm; later departures return by 4:30pm.

Cancellation policy

You must cancel your reservation the day before by 5:00pm for a full refund. If cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours (after 5:00pm), a $100 fee per boat will be charged. If no-show on day of rental, the full charge for the reserved boat(s) will be applied. Foul weather is determined by marina staff. A no-show is considered over one hour late for a half day rental or over two hours late for a full day rental.

One guest raised serious safety concerns about reckless driving near swimmers, which is definitely alarming. Accessibility is also an issue despite what's advertised, with one wheelchair user unable to board after checking in. If you're renting a pontoon, know that beaching isn't allowed and you'll need to navigate lengthy no-wake zones that can eat into your rental time. Most captains get rave reviews, though experiences vary. Overall though, the operation runs smoothly with friendly staff and well-maintained boats that keep people coming back.
