Important details
- Bring a valid ID to verify your reservation
- An adult age 18+ must complete the rental contract; minors require a parent waiver
- Wear life jackets while using the equipment
- Do not drag kayaks or paddleboards; you are responsible for lost or damaged property
- A Tonto National Forest Parking Pass is required and not included; day passes cost $8 at most gas stations or $12 per vehicle at recreation-site kiosks
- Complete required waivers online before pickup

Refunds are not available. No-shows will be charged the full price.

Pick up Sunday–Thursday from 7:00 AM–5:00 PM or Friday–Saturday from 7:00 AM–6:30 PM. Return your 24-hour rental 24 hours after your reservation time.
Use the included foam blocks and straps for car-top transport. Most cars can carry 2–3 kayaks or 5 paddleboards; trucks can carry 5–8 kayaks or 6–12 paddleboards.
Bring sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses with a strap, drinking water, snacks, water shoes or strapped sandals, a towel, a change of clothes, and a dry bag for valuables.
