No-shows are charged in full. If the operator cancels because of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, receive a full refund or credit.

FAQs
A $250 security deposit is held at the start of your rental and refunded instantly after a damage-free return. The damage waiver limits liability for covered vehicle damage to $750, but it does not cover towing, impound, or loss-of-revenue fees.
Returns up to 1 hour late incur a $50 charge. After 1 hour, the charge is $25 for each additional half-hour, up to $400 per day. Returns more than 24 hours late incur an additional $500 non-return fee.
