Cancellation Policy
Cancel 7+ days before your rental for a full refund or credit, less the $50 nonrefundable booking fee. Within 7 days, receive a 50% refund or a complimentary reschedule. Within 48 hours, cancellations are nonrefundable; rescheduling incurs a $25 fee. No-shows are charged in full. If the operator cancels for extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, receive a full refund or credit.

Each Slingshot holds up to two people.
A $250 refundable security deposit is held at the start of your rental and returned instantly after a damage-free return. This deposit is not included in the listed price.
A $50 charge applies for returns up to 1 hour late. After 1 hour, an additional $25 applies for each half hour late, up to $400 per day. Returns more than 24 hours late incur an additional $500 non-return fee.
