- Complete mandatory vessel orientation and safety training before departure
- Bring valid photo ID for all operators and a signed rental agreement listing both operators
- A refundable $500 credit-card authorization hold is required at check-in and is not included in the listed price
- Keep both qualified operators onboard while the boat is moving, with at least one at the helm
- Stay within the 1,835-pound weight capacity
