- Boat operator must be age 21+ and present a valid photo ID
- Operators born on or after January 1, 1988 must carry an FWC boating safety ID card or Florida temporary certificate
- Demonstrate a basic understanding of boating during the safety orientation
- Stay within map boundaries and do not dive or jump from the boat while it is moving
- Designated driver must remain sober while operating the boat
- Not recommended for serious mobility limitations

Cancellation Policy
Full refund with at least 24 hours' notice. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.
