- Arrive 10 minutes before departure
- Ages 25+ only to rent or operate the boat
- Up to two drivers may operate the boat
- Drivers need a valid driver's license or boating safety course completion
- Drivers born on or after July 1, 1996 need a boating safety certificate on board
- Keep a valid major credit card on file for incidentals and damages
- Expect a $500 card hold per boat for damages and fuel
- Expect fuel charges of $6 per gallon for ethanol-free marine fuel used, charged after return and not included in the listed price
- Additional fees, including an online convenience fee, are not included in listed rates
- Damage liability coverage is available for $35 per day with a $2,000 deductible

Cancellation Policy
Cancel 14 days or more before your reservation for a full refund less a 10% processing fee. Cancel 3–14 days before for a 50% refund. No refunds within 72 hours of your reservation. No-shows are charged in full.

You may receive substitute equipment of equal or greater value. If no alternative is available, your reservation may be rescheduled or canceled.
No refunds or credits are provided for early returns.
Late returns are charged for additional rental time, rounded up to the next 15-minute interval. You may also be responsible for lost rental time if a following reservation is affected.
