Cancel at least 48 hours in advance for a full deposit refund; within 48 hours, your deposit is forfeited. No-shows are charged the full amount. Unsafe weather means rescheduling only, with no refunds. Light rain or clouds do not qualify for rescheduling. If weather cuts your trip short, time used counts toward your rental; the trip will not restart or be extended.
