Important details
- Ages 21+ to rent.
- If you were born on or after January 1, 1988, an approved boating safety course and valid card are required, unless you are accompanied by someone with a valid card. Licensed captains are exempt.
- Maximum total weight capacity: 1,370 lbs.
- Fuel is not included in the listed price. Your boat starts with a full tank; return it with a full tank. If you do not refill it, fuel at the return dock costs double the market price.
- Any boat damage will be charged to the card on file at drop-off and is not included in the listed price.
- A $75 cleaning fee applies if you return the boat with trash, debris, excessive mud, fish remains or blood. Normal sand and light use do not incur this extra charge.
- Returns after 5:15 pm incur an additional charge of $25 per 15 minutes, not included in the listed price.
- For captained charters, gratuity is not included in the listed price.
- Every child age 17 or younger requires a life vest.
- Review the liability waiver, rental agreement, captain's briefing and safety checklist before pickup.
- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled start for a review of the boat and safety equipment. Return daily rentals by 5:00 pm for check-in.
This booking is for the whole experience, which fits up to 12 guests.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 7 days before departure without penalty. Cancellations less than 7 days before departure incur a charge of 50% of the rental price; no-shows incur a 100% charge. You'll receive a full refund if the operator cancels because weather makes the rental unsafe. The operator alone decides whether to cancel for weather.
