Know before you go
- Arrive 15 minutes early for check-in, safety gear, and room safety instructions; late arrival reduces session time
- Ages 13+ only; no one under 13 may enter the premises
- Ages 13–17 require an adult to remain on the premises during the session
- Bring ID for adult check-in to match the waiver
- Complete the electronic waiver before your session
- Wear tennis shoes or work boots with no visible heel; all attendees, including observers, must wear approved shoes
- Outside items must be clean and are checked before smashing
- Electronics brought to smash incur a $5-per-item charge not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
No cancellations. Rescheduling 24+ hours before start is free. Rescheduling with 4+ hours' notice on the day of the session incurs a $25 fee; less than 4 hours' notice incurs a $35 fee. Arriving 10+ minutes after the scheduled start forfeits the reservation.
