Important details
- Ages 11+ only
- A parent or guardian is required for ages 11–15
- A parent must sign a waiver for ages 16–17, or complete it online and show a screenshot
- Wear sturdy closed-toe shoes; flip-flops and sandals are not allowed
- Entry is not allowed while under the influence of drugs or alcohol
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment for a full refund. Cancel within 24 hours for a 50% refund plus fees. No refunds for no-shows. Full refund or credit if the operator cancels due to unforeseen circumstances.
