- Arrive 15 minutes early for check-in, safety briefing and gear preparation
- Ages 13+ only; participants ages 13–17 require an adult to remain on the premises
- Wear tennis shoes or flat work boots; everyone, including spectators, needs correct footwear
- Adults need ID at check-in to match their electronic waiver
- Complete the electronic waiver before your session
- Bring only clean outside items; electronics incur a $5-per-item charge not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
No cancellations. Changes 24+ hours before start are free. Rescheduling 4+ hours before start on the day costs $25; under 4 hours costs $35. Arriving 10+ minutes after start forfeits your reservation.

Bring up to 10 clean, empty glass items to add to your session. Staff will review all outside items before allowing them into the room.
Use the small lockers for smaller personal belongings. They have keys, but they do not fit oversized bags; leave larger bags in your car.
