Important details
- Florida boaters born on or after January 1, 1988 require an approved boating safety course and FWC Boating Safety Education Identification Card
- A $1,000 security deposit is required at pickup by cash or credit card hold
- Return the boat with a full tank of fuel; otherwise, fuel is charged at $7 per gallon plus a $100 service fee
- Return the boat by 5:30 pm on the final rental day, or by 4:30 pm when it is delivered to your vacation home
- Expect 6.5% sales tax and fuel costs in addition to the listed price
- A 15% surcharge applies during the weeks of Christmas and Easter

Cancellation Policy
Receive a 90% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before the rental period, or an 80% refund less than 60 days before. No refund is available less than 30 days before the rental period. Cancellations due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances are not eligible for a refund.
