Arrive 30 minutes before your reservation for check-in. No glass is allowed on the lake; staining or prohibited items may incur a cleaning fee. All guests must sign a release waiver before departure.
Cancellation policy
Full refund up to 14 days before departure. Cancellations within 14 days and no-shows are nonrefundable. Weather-related cancellations are determined by the company. Charters start at the reserved time. No rebates for late arrivals.
