Important details
- Age 21+ and a valid driver's license required to operate the boat
- Florida Boating Safety Identification Card required for operators born on or after January 1, 1991
- Return the boat refueled to the same level as at rental start
- Stay within inner coastal waters, no farther than 15 miles from shore
- Avoid night driving, bad weather, high winds, pets, towing other boats, and water sports
- Bring life jackets for infants and children age 3 and under
- Ensure non-swimmers, especially children under 8, wear life jackets throughout the trip
- A $1,500 damage deposit applies
- Expect a $1,200 deductible for boat damage and a $2,500 deductible for third-party damage
Cancellation Policy
Cancel in writing at least 30 days before arrival: a $150 cancellation fee applies, and the remaining prepaid deposit is refunded. Within 30 days, the 30% deposit is retained. No refunds for weather-related cancellations or early departures.

Do not operate the boat while under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, or other drugs.
If a mechanical problem cannot be remedied quickly and significantly limits use, a replacement boat may be provided. If no replacement is available, lost rental days are refunded on a prorated basis.
