Important details
- Bring a valid driver's license to operate the boat; drivers born on or after January 1, 1991 need a Florida Boating Safety Identification Card
- Ages 21+ only; only the agreement signatory may operate the boat
- Return the boat refueled to the same level as at departure
- Stay within inner coastal waters no farther than 15 miles from shore
- Avoid operating at night, in bad weather or high winds, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Do not bring pets or tow other boats
- Do not water-ski, wakeboard, tube, kneeboard, or use banana boats
- Provide life jackets for infants and children up to age 3, and ensure non-swimmers wear life jackets
- A $1,500 damage deposit applies; insurance deductibles are $1,200 for boat damage and $2,500 for third-party damage
- Expect an extra cleaning charge if the boat is returned extremely dirty
- Expect extra salvage charges of $250 per foot of vessel length for recoveries involving rocks, coral, reefs, or other obstructions

Cancellation Policy
Cancel in writing at least 30 days before arrival for a refund of the prepaid deposit minus a $150 cancellation fee. Cancel less than 30 days before arrival and the 30% deposit is retained. No refund for cancellations or early departure due to adverse weather or natural disasters.

FAQs
If a mechanical problem cannot be remedied promptly and significantly restricts use, a replacement boat may be provided. If no replacement is available, lost rental days are refunded on a prorated basis.
