- A Boating Safety Education ID Card is required to operate the boat in Florida if you were born on or after January 1, 1988
- A refundable $1,400 security deposit is held on your credit card on check-in day or the day before
- Return the boat with a full tank; fuel is not included in the listed price
- If you do not refuel, used gasoline is charged at $7 per gallon plus an additional $80 fee
- An additional cleaning fee applies if the boat is returned excessively dirty
