- Renter must be over age 21
- Operators born on or after January 1, 1988 require a Boating Safety Education ID Card to operate in Florida
- A refundable $1,400 deposit is placed on hold on your credit card on the day before or day of check-in
- Return the boat with a full fuel tank; unrefueled fuel is charged at $7 per gallon plus an $80 fee, not included in the listed price
- An additional cleaning fee applies if the boat is returned excessively dirty
