• The required driver is not included in the listed price. You'll pay the driver directly in cash: $20 per hour for daytime rentals or $30 per hour for any rental extending past 8pm. A minimum four-hour driver charge applies.
• A $500 refundable security deposit or credit-card hold is required before departure. Damage and missing-equipment charges may be deducted; the deposit is refundable when the equipment returns in its original condition.

• You are responsible for damage and lost equipment, beyond the listed price. Approximate damage charges are $500 for a pontoon dent, $300 for boat or propeller damage, $500 for a torn seat, $250 for broken stereo, lights or fenders, and $100 for a muddy anchor, carpet or seat. A lost anchor or lifejacket is listed at $250; other lost equipment is charged at replacement cost. Other damage is assessed individually.
• A late boat return incurs an additional hour at the current rental rate, separate from the listed price.
• Complete the liability waiver, basic boating safety course and safety video before use. The person renting must remain aboard throughout the rental and supervise equipment use; subletting is not allowed.
• Wear a properly fitted, fastened, U.S. Coast Guard-approved lifejacket aboard the boat or in the water. Children under 12 must wear one at all times.
• Do not swim from the boat or fish. Smoking and open flames are prohibited; vaping is allowed.
• Keep your legs inside the boat and secure the front and back gates with everyone aboard before moving. Do not attempt to board another vessel.
• Follow boating laws, posted speed limits and lawful instructions from dock staff and emergency personnel. Keep noise reasonable, secure trash and dispose of it properly after the rental.
• The operating area is limited to 9 nautical miles from the dock. Without special permission, the boat cannot pass the lower end of Brunots Island or come within half a mile of the first lock and dam on either the Allegheny or Monongahela River. Passenger pickups are restricted to Lockwall One Marina.
• Only the designated driver may operate the boat, and the driver must remain sober. Do not refuel except in an emergency needed to return.
• Return all equipment in good working condition and report anything missing when you return.
• Staff or the driver may take photos or video for promotional use, including social media and other marketing.
• For July 4 fireworks cruises, the required schedule is 7–11pm because of river closures. A separate $150 cash driver fee applies.
