Cancellation Policy
More than 60 days before rental: 90% refund. 30–60 days before rental: 80% refund. Under 30 days: no refund guaranteed; if rebooked, up to 80% refund may be available. A $150 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations. No refunds for weather, travel issues, access problems, shortened rentals, or unused time. If cancelled due to mechanical issues or damage, a replacement boat or full refund is provided.
