- If you were born on or after January 1, 1988, operating the boat requires successful completion of a boating safety course and a Boating Safety Education Identification Card issued by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.
- A security deposit, separate from the listed price, is required at pickup in cash or as a credit card hold for the rental period.
- Fuel is not included in the listed price. Fully refuel the boat before returning it; otherwise, you'll be charged $7 per gallon plus an additional refueling service fee.
- For rentals of two or more days, a $200 delivery and orientation fee is charged at delivery if it has not already been included in the listed price.
- Orientation is mandatory for rentals of two or more days. Delivery is available only within Cape Coral.

Cancellation Policy
More than 60 days before rental: full refund. 30 to fewer than 60 days: 80% refund. Less than 30 days: no refund, unless another customer takes your booking, in which case you'll receive 80%. Cancellations due to hurricanes or unexpected events such as boat damage receive a full refund. Other bad weather is not grounds for cancellation.
